Freight Shipping is applied to all online orders of Bath Furniture & Fixtures, Mirrors & Medicine Cabinets, Pot Racks, and Surfaces. These orders are shipped via FedEx Freight and require a shipping surcharge, which is automatically applied in the shopping cart. FedEx Freight deliveries will generally arrive within 7-10 days of placing an order and include curbside delivery. A delivery appointment will be set by FedEx Freight prior to delivery.
White Glove Service is available for an additional charge on online orders of Bath Furniture & Fixtures, Mirrors & Medicine Cabinets, and Surfaces. White Glove Service includes appointment delivery, inside delivery and placement into the client’s choice of room, palette breakdown, unpacking, and removal of packing debris. DAMAGES & SHORTAGES
Any visible shipping damage or shortage present upon delivery must be noted by purchaser or its agent on the freight carrier bill of lading at the time of delivery. All claims for damage or shortage must be reported to our Client Services department by calling 800.927.2120, option 2 within 5 business days of delivery. After five business days, Waterworks will not assume any responsibility for shipping damage or shortage.
Waterworks is not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages or lost working time in the unlikely event of a delivery being delayed, postponed or incorrect.

Textiles, Apothecary, and Furnishings may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full refund. Product must be returned in unused condition in original packaging. Product must be received and inspected by us prior to issuing refund.
Wall Mounted Accessories, Furniture, Hardware, and Lighting may be returned within 90 days of shipment. Non-defective returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Product must be returned in unused, uninstalled condition in original packaging. Product must be received and inspected by us prior to issuing refund.
Tile and Stone are final sale and non-returnable. We strongly recommend you speak to a qualified installer regarding quantities and application prior to ordering tile and stone online.
